Final environmental collaboration: before and after

Upon returning to the site of my burial project, I was surprised to see that it had somehow slid out of the log I had jammed it in, and the elements had done quite a number on my old cell phone, even though it was encased in a glass box. The best way to show the contrast between the environment I left it in, as well as the time capsule itself, I thought I'd post some "before and after" pictures.

I loved seeing the environment come to life over the course of the semester, and seeing the contrast between the snow and the new buds. And in case you were wondering, the cell phone no longer works. :)
